Kids will learn how to connect with their breath, their body, and their feelings through exercises such as yoga poses, singing & dancing, and the healing sounds of the singing bowls. Miss Ana helps kids transition from calm breathing to fun, exciting moves and back to calmness. Grownups are welcome to practice with the kids and learn some of the techniques they can bring home.
