Are you ready to reconnect with yourself and feel better in your body? This beginner friendly 6-week series is designed for adults that are looking to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance mobility, and find balance, both physically and mentally. Blending the principles of Pilates with mindfulness practices, each class creates a supportive space where movement becomes a pathway to deeper self-awareness and inner calm. No prior experience is needed, just come as you are and begin your journey to feeling better.
