Mindful Movement @ The Square, a new series presented by cp:yoga.
This collaboration series, is designed to keep the cp:yoga community moving and introduce other incredible community leaders and friends in fitness to the beautiful space at The Square.
Our next class is brought to us by Sara Hoenes of Alchemy. Sara is an entrepreneur, community builder, and 300 Hour E-RYT with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.
As the founder of Alchemy DC, she leads musically driven workouts that connect body, mind, and spirit, helping people feel strong, supported, and challenged. Known as the ultimate “fitness bestie,” her approach is warm, kind, and encouraging.
Through Alchemy, she curates transformative fitness retreats and dynamic wellness events, blending movement, mindfulness, and adventure.
Based in Washington, DC, Sara brings the same precision, dedication and artistry that once made her a Radio City Rockette into every class, retreat, and event.About the class:
Mindful movement meets feel-good flow. Pilates Sculpt blends classical pilates with athletic conditioning. Expect slow burns, smart sequencing, and a music-driven flow that leaves you taller, stronger, and totally reset. All levels welcome.
