This class combines gentle breathwork with a guided deep rest meditation inspired by Yoga Nidra to support parasympathetic activation and nervous system recovery. The practice encourages profound relaxation while remaining fully guided and accessible.Please bring a yoga mat and any props that help you feel supported.
