In this gentle yoga session, we’ll move slowly through calming stretches designed to release tension from the body and ease the mind. Each movement is simple, supported, and suitable for all levels – especially if you're feeling tired, stressed, or just in need of some quiet time.We’ll use the breath to help us feel more grounded and present, gently soothing the nervous system – which simply means helping the body shift out of stress and into a more restful, balanced state.
The class finishes with a long, guided relaxation, allowing you to truly let go and recharge. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at home in your body.
Weather permitting, this practice may take place outdoors, where the sounds of birdsong and the beauty of the gardens become part of your experience. Surrounded by nature, this truly is an unmissable way to start your day.
No experience needed – Just wear something comfortable, and come as you are.
