Drawing on professional improvisation tools, the expressive arts & an intuitive approach to dance, Mindful Movement offers a space for playful exploration, self-reflection, & holistic wellness.

About Heather:
Heather is a mother, movement educator, and expressive arts practitioner with 25+ years of international dance experience. Her recent work includes class and workshop facilitation for professional dancers, public schools, seniors programs and corporate events, as well as 1 on 1 coaching sessions. She believes in classes that gently empower the innate wisdom and creative capacity of everybody, and in movement and the arts as a means to self-discovery, understanding and connection.
