About this Event

Mindful Movement: Embracing Change is a 60-minute hybrid class combining gentle exercise and mindful, reflective practices. Facilitated by Emanuela Silvestri (Certified Personal Trainer, Doula ) and Silvia Talamonti (Councellor- Rcc Msc), this session highlights the well-established connection between physical movement and mental well-being.

Through low-impact exercises, grounding techniques, mindful exercise, stretching, and guided reflection, participants are invited to explore how their body responds to change whether seasonal, physical, or emotional and how movement can support emotional resilience, awareness, and balance.

This class provides practical tools, guidance, and support in a safe, welcoming space, helping participants feel more centered, connected, and empowered in navigating personal transitions.
