Join Amy from ‘Balance and Bliss Healing’ and Tracey from ‘Soul Good Yoga’ for an immersive and nourishing day retreat set in the stunning Garden Studio at Heapey. We will focus upon grounding through our Root Chakra (Muladhara) in order to create stability within the base of the body and calm within the mind space.The day will consist of:
Opening Circle
Breath work and Meditation
Somatic yoga and gentle Hatha flow
A locally sourced vegetarian lunch
Reiki infused Yin and Restorative yoga practice
Healing Sound Bath
Closing Circle with herbal teas and homemade cake
You will also receive a Reiki infused crystal and an angel card reading.
