Kerrie is extremely excited to be running this masterclass and has a fantastic schedule lined up! Kerrie is a yoga and aerial teacher, that has always loved dance! Combining mindfulness and dance this workshop is all about unleashing the inner child, silly self and practicing self-care/ love through freedom of movement!
This workshop schedule:

✨️ Dance warm up, starting to bring mindful movement to the body
✨️ Freedom of movement dancing, where freestyle dancing is ABSOLUTELY welcome!

✨️ Cool down and grounding exercises
✨️ sound bowl and meditation relaxation
Kerrie will be playing 80s/ 90s disco music 🎶
Comfortable dancing outfits of all colours is encouraged! 💃🪩🕺
