About this Event
A gentle and relaxing approach to movement, enjoyed in the beautiful woodland environment of Haigh.
The workshop will include breathing and stretching for mobility, bringing awareness to movement and the effect it has on the body, to pace ourselves and avoid strain. Mindful Movement is suitable for everyone, to slow down the stressed and enable older people or those with long term health conditions to move with ease. Catherine Hawkins is an Accredited Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher and has a background in movement and dance.
