About this Event
We all know how to move but have had every expert tell us something different - many without recognizing that we as women benefit from different types of movement than society has told us.
Join us for an energizing 30 minute class at Whole Health Fitness Studio followed by a chat by experts how to move your body that benefits you and your hormones by a nurse, personal trainer and perimenopaus/menopause specialist.
We will have snacks, refreshments and lots of cool people to mingle with!
**there is a ton of street parking all down Water St or in the Monigrams parking lot off Water St. The studio is in the 'Tiger Lofts' building next to EVO Kitchen!
