Join us for a transformative summer experience designed to engage children in mindful movement and creative expression. Our 4-week session on Mondays, titled “Mindful Mornings – Movement + Making,” will take place on July 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Our dedicated instructors, Emma Berger and Kim Drye, will guide your children through an enriching journey of yoga and art.
Through the playful practice of yoga, children will explore their bodies and breath, fostering a sense of connection and presence. They will engage in creative movements, incorporating yoga poses and storytelling. Guided meditations and imagery will be integrated into each session, allowing children to delve deeper into their experiences. Moreover, they will have the opportunity to express their emotions and sensations through art, using a variety of materials to create tangible visual representations of their practice.
Our camp also provides ample space for children to connect with one another, fostering new friendships and a sense of community. In addition, there will be guided free time for exploration and self-discovery.
Parents can drop off their children, knowing they will be engaged in imaginative yoga sequences and mindful art-making under the gentle guidance of our experienced instructors.
The cost for the full 4-week series is $120.
