Think you can’t meditate? Then this class is for you.� For every weekend in October, we’ll be hosting Mindful Mornings for both adults and teens. These sessions are a wonderful opportunity to explore meditation, whether you’re brand new or looking to deepen your practice—remember, there’s no “wrong” way to meditate. If you’ve ever said, “I can’t meditate” or “meditation isn’t for me,” this is the class for you. It’s a gentle introduction to learning how to focus your mind and start your day with peace and alignment.
Rosa, a trained yoga teacher and clinician here at Mind Body Counseling, will be guiding the sessions. Bring a friend! We’re looking forward to sharing this beautiful start to the day with you!
Adult classes will be held at 9a.
Teen classes will be held at 10a.
