Mindful Morning Run Class in Bournemouth
Join me for a refreshing morning run along the beautiful Bournemouth beach. This in-person event is the perfect way to start your day with some mindful movement and mobility exercises. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this class is suitable for all levels. We'll be running ~45 min (~5 km). Connect with nature, clear your mind and enjoy the company of fellow runners.
You can stay for an optional sea dip and hot drink at our beach hut after the class.
