This morning is meant as a moment for you to enjoy nature in the company of others, slow down at the end of the week and to reflect on your priorities for the coming week.Here’s what well do:
Walk through the forest
Sitting breathing exercise
Fika
Writing & reflecting
Circle & sharing
We meet at 8.30 and will return to where we started at about 11.30.
Please arrive before 8.30 so that we can start walking at 8.30.
We will walk at a slow, mindful pace.
You don’t need to be an athlete, however the walk has some walks that are more challenging so please be aware of you own capabilities and wear good shoes/boots.
Bring a water bottle, rain clothes if necessary, preferably something to sit on, tissues for toilet visits.
I will bring hot water, various teas, seating for 6 people to share, pens, paper sheets.
If you want to bring your own notebook, you can of course do so.
If you want to swim in the lake, you can do so after the event is over.
Please let me know the day before if you for some reason cannot make it.
