We are launching our FREE monthly Mindset Monday class! ✨️First Monday of the month, unless otherwise stated!
? We will start the class with a little education on mindfulness, meditation, stress, nervous system health, and everything in between.
?♀️We will start our movement with a full body stretch and body scan, a brief meditation, and a kinetic release activity.
? After that, we will be doing a "spinal unwinding" session.
?♀️➡️We will end with a little 30-minute yoga session that ends with checking in with our bodies to see how things have changed from the beginning of the session and set an intention for the month ahead.
