Creating a gratitude practice is a powerful way to shift your mental state instantly, but what does this practice look like? Learn how to implement gratitude into your daily life and bring in some much needed positive relaxation through this Mindful Moments Gratitude Workshop and Meditation.

The workshop will teach you how to create a gratitude rampage and use the energy cultivated through the practice to drop into a calm state of peaceful transformation. This workshop is for families and people of all ages!
