Join us for another edition of Mindful Mixer: a casual, private event focused on creating space for reflection and encouraging connection through conversations about meaningful topics.
The topic for this session is "POLITICAL ENGAGEMENT": we’ll explore the reasons behind choosing to engage—or not engage—in politics, how our understanding of it evolves, and the factors that shape our involvement. We’ll discuss balancing staying informed with emotional well-being, the impact individuals can have, and potential changes to our approaches. *** Note: the session will be about sharing experiences, not debating political ideas. ***

As always, we’ll prepare for you an evening filled with thought-provoking ideas and introspective questions to debate on - all we ask for is your enthusiasm in contributing to the conversation!
