Welcome to the Mindful Melanin Sister Circle. Join us for a day filled with empowering conversations, rest/self-care practices, and building connections with sisters. This event provides a safe and supportive space for women to come together, share their experiences, and encourage one another on their journeys. Let's uplift each other and cultivate a sense of community.
About This Group
This group is a space for Black and Brown Women looking for a deeper connection—one where you can grow alongside other women while also contributing to their growth. Conversations will focus on what makes you feel most alive, and connected to yourself, to others, and to something greater than yourself.
This is a circle where wisdom is shared, where each woman's voice is honored—a place of mutual support and active listening.
It is a space where spirituality will be explored—not as a religion, but rather as a relationship with God during one’s personal and evolving journey, where diversity and inclusion are celebrated.
What to expect:
- 35-minute yoga or movement session
- Group reflection and empowering discussion on a specific theme (each sister circle will have a different theme for discussion)
- Light refreshments
- Experience 1 or more than 1 type of rest (mental, physical, spiritual, sensory, social, emotional, creative)
