Welcome to Mindful Meditation Mondays! Join us for a calming and rejuvenating meditation session at the Women Rise Psychological and Wellness Center, P.C. Every Monday (5:00 pm Beginners Level, 6:00 pm Advanced Level) we gather to practice mindfulness, relieve stress, and promote mental well-being. Laura, our experienced instructor will guide you through various meditation techniques, helping you find peace and tranquility in the midst of your busy week. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, everyone is welcome to join our community and explore the benefits of mindful meditation. Advanced Class: Mondays at 6:00 pm -6:45 pm
is a boutique integrative wellness center specializing in women's mental health and wellness across the lifespan. We offer therapy, yoga, massage, clinical functional nutrition, and pregnancy/postpartum support. We aim to help women thrive and RISE in their wellness and overall lives.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Laura Purington, M. Ed. RYT500
Laura is our skilled registered yoga and meditation teacher (RYT500) trained in a wide range of yoga practices. She is also a yoga professor at one of our local universities! Laura is passionate about sharing the joy and healing of yoga. Her healing and grounded energy radiates as she actively creates a safe and healing space within her sessions.
