Participants will learn how to use the power of your mind to find strengths, how to make the best of treatments and how to meet the challenges cancer can bring through meditation. This class is taught by Melinda Breaux.
Our meditation class is open to any individual with a cancer diagnosis, their caregivers and the health professionals who care for them. Participants may start at any time.

Classes take place on the first floor of the St. Tammany Cancer Center in Lagniappe Services (Integrative Oncology Department).
