We'll spend most of our time together in meditation. Guided mediation will be provided, and there will be time for questions and discussion. No prior meditation experience needed. All are welcome.
If you plan to come, please RSVP. It's not required, but it is appreciated!
We will be sitting in chairs, but feel free to bring something like a blanket or cushion to be comfortable.
