A unique experience blending art, movement, stillness + sound. For just $55, we will explore the core attitudes of mindfulness while painting a dot mandala on a 3.5" hand-cast stone using provided paints, patterns, + dotting tools. We’ll begin with a guided painting session, followed by 30 minutes of mindful movement.
After adding a second layer to our mandalas, we'll unwind in a restorative practice while bathed in the soothing tones of quartz crystal singing bowls.
All supplies are included—just bring your curiosity + a willingness to slow down. It’s a joyful, grounding way to nourish your inner artist + leave feeling centered + refreshed.
