For thousands of years mandalas have been used in many cultures for self-expression, personal growth and spiritual transformation.
In this session, you will enjoy a mindful creative and therapeutic experience from creating your very own unique and beautiful geometric design. We’ll take a brief look at the history of mandalas, immerse in a soothing guided meditation and explore the symbolism behind them and how they can serve as a reflection of our inner selves.
