This classes theme is Friendship - exploring how to be a good friend and bringing kindness and understanding to others. This enchanting class is designed for children and their parents to learn how mindfulness can impact positively on every day life. We will use 5 different mindfulness activities to keep their attention and introduce idea of what friendship ought to be about. There are moments of stillness and noticing our emotions by having fun breathing, moving and creating.
It will be held in the beautiful Priory Park under some trees. The session is weather permitting and if it does look like heavy rain the session may have to be rearranged or cancelled.
Its £18 for 1 adult and 1 child. £5 for any additional persons. Snacks will be provided. Please feel free to bring some lunch to eat.
