Looking for a new mid-week class for your Age 3-4 Year old? My mindfulness classes will be back indoors from April!! ?
I’m excited to be working from this lovely calming venue at a great central point in between Southend and Leigh.
Babies in arms also welcome!

Each session has a different, fun theme.
Would you like your child to recognise their feelings within their bodies more? Do they know how to express them?
This session explores how all feelings are our friends using colour, clouds, rain and rainbows ? ?
I use 5 mindfulness activities including making a craft to take home!

The class is 1 hour and 15 minutes long.
