Mindful Leadership: Exploring the Enneagram
Great leaders begin with a deep understanding of themselves and research confirms that self-awareness and mindfulness are key factors in leadership success.
Highly effective leaders are not only mindful and aware, but they are also curious and have a growth mindset.
The Enneagram, a powerful tool for self-discovery, reveals unique personality traits, motivations, and challenges by identifying nine distinct personality types. This workshop will provide the opportunity to gain skills in 3 areas of leadership through the lens of the Enneagram:
- Conflict management
- High level communication
- Values and their impact on leadership effectiveness
