Mindful Kindness with sound Mindful kindness takes mindfulness and adds an exploration of self-compassion. Self-compassion isn’t something we are taught often growing up, but is so needed as we are building a kinder, more compassionate world. Suni Moon, a sound/energy/light worker and meditation guide, will share with us short simple practices that can use as needed alone or in the middle of a busy day. We will close with a sweet sound meditation, a time to practice what we’ve learned.
