Mindful Journaling X Yoga healing session: Connecting with the self & present Moment
Join us for an afternoon of mindfulness journaling, Yoga, self-discovery & relaxation
This guided session, led by our Yoga teacher Charlotte Chaverot, will guide you on an informed Mindfulness practice which offers a safe space to get in touch with the present moment and self, Through gentle journaling and yoga session, noticing, recognising, acknowledging, and processing your own thoughts and feelings in the present moment – without judgment, fear, or expectation, while cultivating a sense of gratitude.
We will then seal this mindful journaling session with yoga, which will help ground us in the present moment and further reinforce our connection to being & presence.
