This journaling workshop will focus on wellness, resilience and thriving. Instructor Jane Rossi will delve into the impact of stress on your well-being, introduce mindfulness concepts for mental clarity and emotional resilence, and explore strategies for setting boundaries and prioritizing self-care. You'll also learn how journaling serves as a powerful tool for self-reflection, which will enable you to clarify priorities, navigate challenges, and foster personal growth. By the end of this workshop, you'll leave with newfound insights to support your journaling journey to a healthier, more balanced life. Although we will have notebooks and writing materials available for you, we recommend that you bring your favorite journal and pen!
