Join Charis Wellness Adventures at the Alderfer Three Sisters East Trailhead (considered the lower lot or the first parking lot you approach driving west on Buffalo Park Rd). This meet up is a great chance to meet new people who enjoy hiking and want to wind down their day practicing mindfulness in nature for relaxation. The hike and mindfulness exercises will be led by a licensed therapist, who is also an outdoor experiential educator.
