Dog-Friendly Hike
We welcome leashed and well-behaved dogs on our hike. See you on the trail!
ChesLen Preserve is the largest privately owned nature preserve open to the public in Chester County. Miles of marked hiking trails lead visitors through shady woodlands, flower-filled meadows, farm fields, and stream valleys.
To get the most out of your hiking experience, I’m sharing some helpful tips.
· All hikes are approximately 1.5 - 2 hours, easy paced with hills and frequent stops to absorb our surroundings. Who am I kidding… and to catch my breath.
· All hikes are rain or shine and stormy weather cancels.
· Wear sturdy hiking boots. Trails are uneven and muddy and can be slick in areas.
· Optional: bring water, light snack, binoculars, trekking poles or whatever best enhances your outdoor experience.
