Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and quiet reflection, we will cultivate compassion for ourselves and others while reconnecting with the heart center and emotional balance.

During this session, we will explore how these simple yet powerful intentions can support us through life’s challenges with greater softness, steadiness, and clarity, both on and off the cushion.
This is an intimate, seated only experience held in a small group setting. No meditation experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
