We invite you to join us to discover the powerful connection between drum circles and mindfulness as we create harmonious rhythms. Through the collective pulse of the drums, we'll explore the art of being present, cultivating mindfulness, and deepening our connection with ourselves and others.
Whether you're a seasoned drummer or a newcomer to the practice, you are welcome to tap into the healing power of music and mindfulness.

Cost: We ask for a $5 registration fee to hold your spot and then appreciate additional donations to be given later as able. Please read the follow to consider a further donation for this event:
The $5 registration fee does not cover our costs. We believe strongly in making all of our events available to anyone who wants to participate. The generosity of everyone offering as much as you are able supports our ability to make this event available to everyone regardless of finances.
Our suggested donation rates to consider are:
- High Income $25+
- Medium Income $15
- Low Income $5
Your confirmation email will include a link for a further donation. If any of these levels are difficult for you, please sign up anyway. No one is ever turned away for financial reasons.
