If you are looking for a break from the chaos, if you want to meet new people who share your interests, or if you simply need some guidance in finding time for yourself amidst the busyness of life, then join us in the Mindful Creativity Circle.
Together, we'll create a community where mindfulness and creativity intertwine, bringing more joy and fulfilment into our lives.
Each month has a different theme and sessions include:
Mindfulness/short guided meditations
Creative activities
Time to chat & connect with others
Refreshments (tea/coffee/water & biscuits)
Dates/themes for the next 4 months are:
12th September 24 - Self-care & Autumn
10th October 24 - Transformation
14th November 24 - Gratitude
12th December 24 - Celebration & Winter
Each session is just £25
You can book individually, or if you book for all 4 sessions in advance, you will receive a mindful gift pack.
