The Mindful Coloring Workshop is designed to introduce and teach seniors about techniques that can be used to improve hand eye coordination, fine motor skills, and mental health.
Each participant will receive a complimentary card kit which can be used to practice mindful coloring at home. The card kit will include:
* Colored pencils
* Glue stick
* Pencil sharpener
* Eraser
* Envelope
* Greeting card project
