Join us at Greenslate farm for an afternoon of reconnecting with nature and yourself.
During this workshop, you will learn techniques to practice mindfulness while surrounded by the beauty of nature. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the present moment.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through meditation exercises, breathing techniques, and mindful crafting in the serene woodand around the farm.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is suitable for all levels. Come refresh your mind, body, and soul in the peaceful setting of nature.

Please dress appropriately - the session will be in the woods, so wear clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a bit muddy. It may also rain, the session will go on regardless of the weather - so please bring a waterproof coat.
Transport is available from our Rebuild with Hope Office on Library street (address below) If you wish to travel with us then please let us know, and arrive for 12.30. If you have trouble finding the office, or if you need any extra support then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
If this is your first WEA workshop with us, then please come in 15 minutes early to fill in the enrollment forms. Please be aware that this is a 16+ event.
