Welcome to the Mindful Breastfeeding Class!

Join us at True Light Chiropractic for an informative session on breastfeeding. This in-person event will cover everything you need to know to get breastfeeding off to a good start and meet your breastfeeding goals. You will also learn relxation techniques to helpl calm you, allow your milk to flow and enahnce bonding with your baby. Whether you're a new mom or looking to refresh your knowledge, this class is for you. The class will also provide you with the perfect opportunity to connect with other new and growing families in your community.

Hayley has been a registered nurse and international board certified lactation consultant for over 30 years. She has a holistic private lactation practice in Celina, specializing in mindful breastfeeding.
