Mindful Bodies hosts several Dance Fitness parties each year, in the group fitness room at Millennium Sports Club (MSC), which is located at 3419 Hillsborugh Rd, Suite 7, Durham NC 27705.
The cost to attend our parties is $10 for advanced tickets on Eventbrite or $15 @ the door . Or pay only $5 @the door (cash or credit card), if you wear your Mindful Bodies Tshirt
MSC is located in the Durham Festival Center so there is plenty of parking & several other businesses are also located in this shopping center, which include ChickFilet, Five and Below, Harris Teeter & Japanese Express .
