The event is jointly facilitated by Ting and Tracie.
Ting is a life coach who facilitates conversation circles and group experiences that support participants to connect more deeply with themselves.
Tracie, owner of home-based business, U.Kitchenette, incorporates mindfulness into her daily life, and regularly attends mindfulness and meditation workshops as well as retreats.
