Welcome to Mindful Art & Craft - All Out Feelings are Okay event! Join us on Sat, Apr 20th, 2024 at BEDFORD HOUSE for a workshop filled with creativity and mindfulness. Get ready to navigate through your thoughts and emotions. We will start with circle time and discussing what different feelings come to visit us. Story and meditation time with yoga fun and games. Making our own feelings art & craft. This in-person event for children ages 4-11 with the opportunity to relax, unwind, and express themselves through various art and craft activities.
