About this Event
Studies show that mindfulness can help people to feel more connected to themselves, to nature and to other people and can also reduce stress levels, anxiety and depression in many cases.
Students attending these sessions will explore, discuss and experience a variety of mindful practices and their impact on mental health and well-being.
During the sessions we will attempt to look at ourselves and our experiences with fresh eyes, with compassion, with whole heartedness through connecting to ‘the here and now’ and staying in touch with our senses, observing our thought patterns and feelings and tuning into life’s endless possibilities of change.
