Welcome to Mindful Adventures!
Our mission is to invite players into a captivating journey where they engage in collaborative storytelling full of enchantment, wonder, and profound connections with both themselves and others. Role Playing Games are like "let's pretend" for adults.
What You Will Practice through Play:
- Empathy
- Self Awareness
- Problem Solving
- Conflict Resolution
- Effective Communication
What to Expect:
- Each Session is a "One Off" meaning each session will be a new adventure.
- 2-hour group sessions with check in and out activities that encourage self reflection and confidence building
- 2 Group Facilitators, Licensed Mental Health Associate and Game Master with 10+ years of experience
- 4-6 adults (21+)
- All materials provided
- All levels welcome - we will be playing the Powered By the Apocalypse or Dungeons and Dragons Systems
