Join us for the Mindful 5k featuring a run followed by yoga class and meditation. After the meditation explore our outdoor yogi village with healthy food options, vendors, crafts and activities

Registration for the run is available on our website. Runners entry ticket is $30 includes bib, medal and goodie bag and T-shirts are an additional $20. Proceeds for this run will go towards a local animal shelter and Non Profit Max Fund.
