🌀 WORKSHOP I - MASTER YOUR MIND, TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE

Learn how to turn your ideas into reality using powerful visualisation and HeartMath® system of tools and techniques.

In this 4-hour interactive workshop, you will learn practical tools and insights to understand and reshape your mindset. We will explore the two different mindsets — thriving versus survival — and the role they play in your state of being and, consequently, your reality. You will also learn how the laws of magnetism and electromagnetic principles operate in a practical sense and influence your experiences.

This workshop empowers you to uncover subconscious patterns, influence your perception and behaviour, and create the conditions for your ideas to unfold into reality. You will explore how your energetic state shapes your actions and the reality you experience, how your mindset edits your perception, and how your beliefs determine what you see as possible or impossible. Additionally, you will gain insight into the process of creation and learn the difference between visualisation and fantasy, discovering how to use visualisation to plant seeds of your ideas in your subconscious mind.

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn how your state of being is created and how to shift it to achieve optimal results.
