The MINDCODE cycle is a monthly transformative journey combining workshops and integration sessions.

HeartMath® Certified Mentor, NLP Coach and RTT® Therapist, Faryaneh Nourbakhsh with over a decade of international experience, guides individuals to mindset transformation, heart-brain coherence, and personal empowerment.

Parts Integration (Evening Integration Session).

In this evening session, we will explore the different “parts” of our personality — the aspects of us that often operate independently of our conscious intentions. These parts are frequently the hidden source of inner resistance you experience when working toward a goal or starting a new project.

We often say, “Part of me wants this, and part of me doesn’t”. This tug-of-war between conflicting parts creates frustration, blocks progress, and can lead to giving up altogether. The harder you push, the more resistance you encounter — until those parts are identified and integrated to support a single vision.

This session can be attended on its own or in combination with the 'Hack Your Limiting Beliefs, Unlock Your Potential' workshop for a deeper transformation. Together, they provide a richer, more integrated experience of your mind, supporting greater success.

In this workshop, you will:

• Understand where these parts of the personality come from, how they develop, and their purpose.

• Recognize how conflicting parts create resistance and block progress toward your goals.

• Learn writing exercises inspired by NLP tools to harmonize and integrate these parts.

• Experience a guided visualisation to unite your inner parts behind the goals and vision you choose.

Bring a project or a goal you’ve struggled with — something you want to resolve resistance around — and you’ll apply the process directly during the session.
