We will reflect on the gifts of wisdom that are hidden in each and how to apply contemplation and practice to control mental afflictions, eliminate the causes of physical & mental sickness, cultivate healthy emotions and relationships, and balance the 5 elements internally & externally to awaken our inherent happiness.
