***What to Expect on the Day***
Louise, Eastthorpe Hall's resident clinical hypnotherapist, a former nurse and a relaxation expert will lead you through a variety of calming activities including:
*A variety of relaxation exercises including sensory based activities like guided visualisation, body scan and head-to-toe relaxation, guided meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, breathwork, and more
*Mindfulness activities
*A little journalling activity with lunch
*Lunchbox-style lunch, with a baked treat and fruit
*Refreshments on arrival, at lunch, and at the end of the event
*Access to the monthly audio track or video, so you can replicate the lovely, relaxed feeling at home
I have a choice of seating available for those who wish to lay down, or be sat more upright. Cosy blankets are also available, including a weighted and heated blanket. Or feel free to bring your own blanket from home.
Once the lights dim, the atmosphere is cosy and everyone soon drifts off. Sleeping is absolutely ok...and encouraged! If you fall asleep that's ok, I'll leave you to rest peacefully.
***Food & Drink***
Lunch is provided lunchbox style from an outside catering company. There is a mix of food supplied including vegan, vegetarian and chicken. There is also a sweet treat including fruit. Tea, including herbal teas, coffee, including decaff coffee, with dairy and non-dairy milk options and also water are available.
