About this Event

Mind Reactive Mind Creative

How can we wake up from the sleep of habit and kneejerk reactivity to true creativity and freedom? In his classic lecture, delivered in 1967, Sangharakshita sets out the Buddha's path from a state of repetitive and uncreative behaviour, largely characterised by unhappiness and suffering, to a life of spontaneous creativity of which happiness and fulfilment are the hallmarks.

This six-week course follows that lecture and provides us with practical and easy-to-follow guidance to help us navigate this path and taste the freedom the Dharma offers us.

Open to anyone who has completed a Buddhism course with us.

A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required to book your place in addition to a suggested donation of £65 payable at the centre.

Any questions (including if you want to attend this course but cannot afford the suggested fee) please contact [email protected].
