About this Event
Mind Phucked is a collection of intimacy provoking workshops created for couples in and around the Richmond, VA area. Each workshop serves a specific purpose that supports communication and growth between couples. During this special sampler event, you and your partner will get to partake in all four workshops in 30 minute increments. We will also have a small group discussion about your experience while enjoying light refreshments.
Sensual Touch Yoga: A non-traditional couples yoga class that focuses on non-verbal communication and energy exchange. Using basic yoga poses, the closeness that you feel with one another will unlock closed off places in the mind.
Pleasure Mapping 101: This interactive workshop pushes each couple to let go of themselves and truly allow their partner in. Using carefully selected items, each couple will learn more about power/control and dig deep into their personal desires and share them with one another.
Deep Stretch: This workshop is all about using physical strength, verbal and non-verbal communication to express limitations, pain points and pleasures throughout the class.
Touch: The newest release in the collection, Touch, focuses on using all of your senses to communicate with one another. This workshop forces each couple to slow down and pay attention to themselves and to their partner. Unlike pleasure mapping, Touch only uses natural tools to explore!
As we do in the individual classes, each couple will receive a goodie bag that encourages them to continue exploring at home. This is a great opportunity to test the waters because I know you've been watching and pondering. So come on and give them all a try!
